Double Hung
The HiMark Double Hung window is constructed with a fusion welded beveled frame & sash for strength and durability. Our Heatseal® warm edge spacer system provides excellent thermal efficiency and a drastic reduction in the possibility of condensation on the inside of the window. Some other key components to this product are a full integral interlock with double weather-stripping, a heavy gauge fully extruded handle on the top sash, and a fiberglass mesh half screen that is standard on all windows. Available in Replacement and New Construction applications.
WARRANTY

Overview
The beveled exterior on the HiMark double hung provides elegance and beauty to any home.
Our Simulated Divided Light (SDL) permanent interior and exterior grids will add an authentic, traditional look to your home with a modern twist.
The welded butt-joint sash and frame maintains the true feel of a wood window.
Dual Cam, traditional styling. This lock maintains the look of a true wood window.
A heavy gauge fully extruded handle is used on the top sash to emphasize the aesthetic of a wood window.
Our sash unit is able to hold a glass unit size of 1 3/8". This allows us to create a window with impressive thermal performance. Two pieces of weather-stripping and a constant pressure seal are used on the sash stile to greatly lower air infiltration.
A one piece sloped sill allows for proper water drainage. Our sill does not require weep holes that are prone to clogging and freezing during colder months.

Grids
Looking for a stunning design to instantly set both the inside and outside of your home apart? A choice of decorative grids can highlight the architectural style that speaks to you. GBG (grids between glass) consists of aluminum bars sealed in the insulating airspace between the two panes of glass. Because the interior and exterior glass surfaces are not affected, cleaning your windows is a much easier task. GBG grids on two tone windows are available with matching interior and exterior colors. Custom colors are not available on GBG.
SDL (Simulated Divided Light), are permanent interior and exterior grids will provide a truly authentic look. Interior and exterior grids are available in Euro-White or colors to match the product's exterior.
